Stop Paying for Leads That Go Nowhere. Get Qualified Estimates Booked Straight Onto Your Calendar—And Actually Shown.
Answer a few questions, then choose a call time.
Not tiny repair calls. We go after multi-room, whole-home and higher-value residential replacement work — the kind of job worth sending you or your salesperson out to measure and quote.
We handle the advertising, the screening, the booking, the follow-up and the reminders. You show up, measure, quote and install.
No monthly agency retainer, no setup fee and no markup on ad spend. $94 per Qualified Shown Appointment, invoiced weekly for the appointments that actually showed — plus a prepaid 7-day Advertising Fund that goes entirely into running your Meta campaign.
The difference that matters
Clicks and form fills don't keep crews busy. Estimates that happen do.
If you have bought shared leads before, you already know the drill: a name, a number, and a homeowner who never answers. Most companies stop at step two and call it a win. Here is the full ladder, and the only rung that counts.
- 1
Inquiry
Someone clicked. Nothing verified yet.
- 2
Lead
A name and phone number. What most companies hand you.
- 3
Booked Estimate
A time on the calendar. Still may not happen.
- 4
Shown Estimate
The homeowner is there. Fit not yet confirmed.
- 5
Qualified Shown Appointment
Meets the agreement's requirements, attended, and counts as a booked appointment that showed. Highest Alignment.
Who you're talking to
I'm Jad. I learned this inside a flooring business, not an agency.
My dad owned a struggling rug and carpet business here in San Diego. I watched him grind just to keep the doors open. He knew flooring. What he didn't have was a predictable way to make the phone ring.
I was the more online-marketing-inclined one, so I learned advertising to help him. I got the ads working at numbers that made sense — but I learned something just as important: an inquiry is only the first step. Without fast follow-up, screening, booking and reminders, even a good opportunity disappears.
That's why Jeddo Solutions is built around the appointment — not the lead. And why I review every business and market personally instead of handing you to an account manager.
Offer mechanics
How the appointment model works.
Booked
Appointment on your calendar
A confirmed time slot with a qualified homeowner who has already cleared the fit questions.
Shown
Homeowner actually attends
The appointment happens as scheduled. No-shows, cancellations and unqualified attendees do not count.
Transparent
No monthly retainer
No recurring management fee that keeps billing whether or not a single estimate happens.
$94
Per Qualified Shown Appointment
$94 for every Qualified Shown Appointment, including the first one. Service fees are invoiced weekly in arrears for the appointments that actually showed — never for clicks or form fills.
Billing and the Advertising Fund
$94 per Qualified Shown Appointment, plus a prepaid 7-day Advertising Fund
Service fees are $94 per Qualified Shown Appointment — including the first one — and are invoiced weekly in arrears for the appointments that actually showed. You choose a Meta advertising budget from $20 to $100 per day, with $50/day as the default starting budget. When your primary payment card is saved during onboarding, you immediately prepay one 7-day Advertising Fund of $140 to $700 depending on that budget, with $350 as the default, and it renews in advance every 7 days while campaigns are active. Jeddo Solutions LLC receives and administers the Advertising Fund and uses it solely to fund Meta advertising for your campaign within the shared Flooring Solutions USA advertising structure. No retainer, no setup fee, no markup. What that covers:
- Advertising built for homeowners planning a flooring replacement in your area
- Screening so you are not driving out to repair calls and renters
- Shown appointments booked onto your calendar with confirmations and reminders
- Fast follow-up on every inquiry, including the ones who don't answer the first time
- One place to see each opportunity, where it came from and what happened after it booked
Advertising may pause if an Advertising Fund payment fails, is disputed, or is refunded. Any unused Advertising Fund is reconciled and either credited or refunded as applicable. ACH may be offered as a fallback for service-fee invoices. The signed client agreement is the controlling document.

Versus a marketing agency
No monthly retainer. A straightforward performance-based model.
Most flooring companies have already paid an agency every month and gotten reports instead of estimates. Here is the difference, line by line.

How it works
Three steps, no mystery.
Check fit
You answer a short set of questions about your service area, crews, products and follow-up capacity. If it is not a fit, we say so on the call instead of taking your money.
Go live in your service area
You choose a Meta advertising budget between $20 and $100 per day — most start at $50/day — and prepay one 7-day Advertising Fund when your card is saved during onboarding. We put your offer in front of homeowners planning a flooring replacement, screen them against your requirements, book the estimate on your calendar, and keep following up and reminding them until the appointment happens.
Count what actually showed
Every appointment is logged with where it came from, what the homeowner answered and what happened. You only pay for booked appointments that meet the agreement's requirements and actually show up.

Before you hire us
What you can verify before spending a dollar.
We are new enough that we would rather show you the machine than show you screenshots. Ask to see any of the following on the fit call.
The qualification rules
The exact questions a homeowner has to answer before an estimate can be booked or counted.
What the homeowner sees
The ads and the page a homeowner moves through before they ever request an estimate — reviewed before launch.
How inquiries get worked
Every inquiry is contacted quickly, followed up on if they don't answer, and rescheduled instead of dropped.
Nothing sits untouched
Each homeowner moves from new inquiry to booked estimate to shown, so you always know where they stand.
Reminders before the estimate
Confirmations and reminders sent ahead of each in-home appointment so fewer homeowners forget you're coming.
Where the work came from
You can see where each opportunity came from and what happened after it was booked.
See your opportunities in one place

The definition we count against
What qualifies as a shown appointment
- The homeowner meets every qualification requirement defined in the client agreement.
- The in-home estimate was scheduled through our booking system with a confirmed date and time.
- The homeowner attended that appointment — the estimate actually took place.
- Does not count: no-shows, cancellations, unreachable contacts, out-of-area addresses, renters without authority, and anyone who fails the qualification requirements.
- A sale is not required. You only pay for a qualified booked appointment that shows up on your calendar, not for the outcome of your sales conversation.
The client agreement is the controlling document. If this page and the agreement ever differ, the agreement governs.

Straight talk
Responsibilities and limits.
What Jeddo handles
Getting your offer in front of the right homeowners, screening them, booking the estimate on your calendar, following up fast, sending reminders, and keeping every opportunity, conversation and appointment organized in one place you can log into.
What you handle
Keeping your Advertising Fund and service-fee invoices current, showing up to booked estimates, quoting and closing the work, installing on schedule, and telling us honestly what happened at each appointment.
What we won't claim
No guaranteed sales, revenue, profit, lead volume, appointment volume or full calendar. No testimonials or case studies until we have real ones. The Advertising Fund is used solely to fund Meta advertising for your campaign, and third-party platform costs are separate from our service fees.
Risk controls
You choose your daily advertising budget between $20 and $100 and can change or pause it. The Advertising Fund renews only in advance, in 7-day cycles, and unused amounts are reconciled and either credited or refunded as applicable. There is no long retainer to unwind, and service fees only apply to booked appointments that meet the agreement's definition of a Qualified Shown Appointment and actually show up on your calendar.
