Information presented on this website is intended primarily for businesses and business owners evaluating whether Jeddo Solutions may be an appropriate service provider.

Nothing on this website requires Jeddo Solutions to accept any person or business as a client.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use this website.

If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization.

Submitting an application, requesting information, or scheduling a strategy call does not create a client relationship between you and Jeddo Solutions.

We may accept or decline prospective clients at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Information you provide through an application or booking process must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or canceled when reasonably necessary.

A client relationship is created only after Jeddo Solutions and the client enter into the applicable written service agreement or other written agreement governing the engagement.

Any proposal, pricing description, example, advertisement, website statement, or discussion occurring before execution of a client agreement is informational and does not replace the final written agreement.

If these Website Terms conflict with a separately signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

We may display information concerning pricing, advertising budgets, service structures, qualification standards, guarantees, credits, appointment fees, or other commercial terms.

Unless expressly incorporated into a signed agreement, website information does not constitute a binding offer and may be changed or updated.

The specific pricing, scope of work, payment obligations, advertising obligations, qualification criteria, refunds or credits, termination provisions, and other terms applicable to a client will be stated in the client's applicable written agreement.

Marketing and advertising results vary.

Unless a specific result or contractual remedy is expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Jeddo Solutions, we do not guarantee:

• A particular number of leads, appointments, customers, or sales
• A particular cost per lead or acquisition
• Revenue or profitability
• Advertising return on investment
• Closing rates
• Business growth
• Performance of any advertising platform or third-party service

Examples, projections, estimates, case studies, or discussions of potential results are illustrative and do not guarantee future performance.

Our website and services may interact with or link to third-party platforms and providers, including advertising platforms, customer relationship management systems, scheduling systems, analytics providers, video hosting services, communications providers, and payment processors.

These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability requirements, and service limitations.

Jeddo Solutions does not control and is not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, suspensions, algorithm changes, policy changes, data loss, or other actions caused by third-party platforms, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

If you submit your contact information, we may contact you regarding your inquiry, application, appointment, requested services, or existing business relationship.

Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and any consent provided through the relevant form or communication channel.

You may opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications.

Where applicable, you may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP.

Consent requirements applicable to a particular form, SMS program, or marketing communication may be presented separately at the point where information is collected.

Jeddo Solutions LLC operates an optional text-messaging program. By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive conversational and appointment-related text messages from Jeddo Solutions LLC about your application, scheduled calls, and requested services.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and wireless service and cannot be guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle mobile information, including that SMS opt-in consent and mobile information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy.

The commercial model for clients of Jeddo Solutions LLC is as follows:

• Service fees are $94 per Qualified Shown Appointment, including the first shown appointment.
• Service fees are invoiced weekly in arrears for qualified appointments that actually showed.
• The client selects a Meta advertising budget from $20 to $100 per day; the default starting budget is $50 per day.
• When the client's primary payment card is saved during onboarding, the client immediately prepays one 7-day Advertising Fund of $140 to $700 depending on the chosen daily budget, with $350 as the default.
• The Advertising Fund renews in advance every 7 days while campaigns are active.
• Jeddo Solutions LLC receives and administers the Advertising Fund and uses it solely to fund Meta advertising for the client's campaign within the shared Flooring Solutions USA advertising structure.
• ACH may be offered only as a fallback for service-fee invoices, not for the Advertising Fund.
• Advertising may pause if an Advertising Fund payment fails, is disputed, or is refunded.
• Any unused Advertising Fund is reconciled and either credited or refunded as applicable.

There is no monthly retainer and no separate setup fee. Final pricing, payment authorization, qualification criteria, and reconciliation terms applicable to a client are stated in that client's signed agreement, which controls if it differs from this website.
