This information may include website activity, advertising identifiers, event information, and contact information such as an email address or telephone number in a hashed or otherwise processed format.

Our use of Meta's browser-based Pixel and server-side Conversions API may allow conversion events to be associated with advertising interactions.

7. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Jeddo Solutions does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

Certain advertising or analytics activities involving third-party advertising platforms may potentially constitute "sharing" or targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising under some privacy laws.

Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such activity, we will honor valid requests as required by law.

Where legally required, we will also recognize qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.

8. Communications

If you provide your email address or telephone number, we may use it to communicate with you regarding your inquiry, requested services, appointments, or our business relationship.

Where required by law, marketing emails or text messages will only be sent with appropriate permission.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing our services.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in the message.

Where applicable, you may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP.

Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when reasonably necessary to provide requested services or manage an existing business relationship.

9. SMS and Mobile Information

Jeddo Solutions LLC operates an optional text-messaging program. Where you check the SMS consent box on our application form, or otherwise provide express written consent, we may send conversational and appointment-related text messages about your application, scheduled calls, and requested services.

Program details:

  • Program name: Jeddo Solutions LLC
  • Message types: conversational and appointment-related messages, including confirmations and reminders
  • Message frequency varies
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out
  • Reply HELP for help
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may submit our forms without opting in

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS information may be shared only with the service providers we need in order to deliver messages, such as our messaging and customer relationship management providers, or when required by law.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This SMS program is also subject to our Terms and Conditions. You can return to our homepage at any time.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, provide our services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or regulatory requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Because there is not a universally adopted standard for responding to traditional Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to those signals.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process that signal as required.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites, applications, booking systems, videos, social media platforms, or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

15. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, services, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.

We encourage visitors to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
